Estimated vs. Actual Cost
Estimate before you commit: The estimated cost is the maximum cost that could be charged for the data requested. Typically the charge will go down for each item that was not returned. For instance, if full data is requested but no reorganization data is returned, the user will be charged $2.60 less than the estimated cost. For each day the pricing data is requested but not returned (typically on weekends and holidays) the actual cost will be less than the estimated cost.
